Is the Founding Pilot really free?
Yes. The 8-week pilot has no platform fee. We agree a success metric together (typically deflection rate, response time, or audit completeness) and you decide at week 8 whether to move to a paid tier. No auto-renewal.
What does the per-employee price actually include?
All four AI specialists, the Intelligence Layer, hosting in Azure Sweden Central (EU), the standard DPA, hash-chained audit log, and EU AI Act Article 50 transparency features. AI inference is included in the per-employee price.
Monthly or annual. Which should I choose?
Annual billing saves roughly 17% on Starter and Growth. Monthly billing gives you full flexibility with no contract lock-in. Enterprise is always custom and typically annual.
Can we move between tiers later?
Yes. You can move from Starter to Growth, or Growth to Enterprise, at any renewal. We handle the configuration changes during a one-week transition window.
What about implementation costs?
A small one-time onboarding investment covers policy library import, integration setup, and a guided rollout. The exact figure depends on document volume and integration scope. We share it with your quote.
Do you offer discounts for the public sector or healthcare?
Yes. Public sector, healthcare, and education organisations qualify for a sector discount on Growth and Enterprise. Reach out for the specifics.
