We started because the systems European HR teams use today are either American giants designed for procurement committees or local point tools that break under GDPR and EU AI Act load. Neither serves the people who actually run HR inside a regulated European organisation.

EU first as default, not option. Hosted on Azure Sweden Central (EU) for both application data and AI services. GDPR Article 32 controls implemented. NEN 7510 aligned. EU AI Act Limited Risk (self-assessed). EN 301 549 accessibility commitment. We sign a DPA on day one. We do not store customer data outside the EU.
People first, process second. HR exists to serve the humans inside the organisation. Process serves that. We build for the HRBP at 4pm on a Tuesday, not for the procurement committee.
